The Beautiful
and Useful
Studio
The collaborative art studio
Under
construction!
Hello - we are
Beautiful and Useful,
the collaborative
art studio
We are based in Sydney, and create works across Australia and around the World. We are known for our vivacious public artworks, our master craftsmanship with textiles, our playful approach to scale and our bold and joy-filled prints.
We make all our beautiful (and useful) objects by hand.
Our studio focuses on three streams:
Major Art
Works
Our existing artworks that can be loaned and customised for festivals, institutions and galleries
Collaboration
We love collaborating. We create unique projects that are designed and created specifically for specialised activations and events
Community
& Creativity
Our fun Workshop Series can be implemented just for creativity development, or integrated into a larger project leading to a Public Art outcome
